Why do they say 93.8% are white or Asian? What don’t they break this category down for us?
And since Asians are minorities, not white, why do they lump together with whites? Are they saying Asians are not really a minority then??? I don’t follow the reasoning or the whole point of this story.

Just convert half the asians to transracials, and be done with the issue.
Or, as bkepley points out, H1B is justified to meet racial mix quotas.
I asked a simple question one day. How do you measure this "diversity" of experience and thought? Short answer, they can't. They have to go by sex, race, or ethnicity.
Does that mean the blacks and Hispanics are engaging in "microagression" by "appropriating our culture"?
Anyways, I'm sitting there filling out a 4473 (of course I lost the gun in a boat accident later), and 3 well-dressed blacks walk in. Two of them are men sharply dressed and in the middle is a fat mouthy woman. They barge in and say, "I wanna see da boss!" "Who is in charge here?!"
Boss walks up and says, "I am, how can I help you?"
Lady: "We are with the Central Arkansas NAACP and you were reported to live in a majority black area and your workforce is under-represented and WE DEMAND that you employ 25% blacks or we will picket your business and run you out of town!"
Boss: "DCBryan1, step over to my desk and pull those papers off the printer".
Me: "Yes boss" (ran over to printer) "Here you go".
Boss (to lady): "So you'll picket my business and run me out of town if I don't have 25% blacks working for me?"
Lady: "Dats right!"
Boss: "DCBryan1, come over here. How many employees do I have on this payroll sheet?" Me: "50 Boss including you and me."
Boss: "You hand out the checks and know these guys, how many are black?"
Me: (counting the sheet) "21 boss".
Boss: "What is that? 40%?"
Lady: (looking nervous)
Me: (using calculator) "42% boss"
Boss: (to me)"Here is what I want you to do, DCBRYAN1, when the guys come in here to get their paycheck today, I want you to FIRE the first eight (8) blacks that walk in that door. If you don't exactly as I tell you to do, I will fire YOU. (AND NOW THE BOSS YELLS AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS) AND BE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT THEY LOST THEIR JOBS BECAUSE THE NAACP CAME IN HERE AND THREATENED MY LIVELYHOOD AND DEMANDED 25% BLACK WORKFORCE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD! And by G-d, if that's what they demand, THAT is what they'll get!
Lady: "No, no, no, you cant do that! That's not what we want!
Boss: Get the hell out of my store, I'm keeping your business card to give to my soon-to-be unemployed workers and YOU can hire them!
The Boss then comes from around the counter, and they could see that he was armed with a pistol on his hip, and physically started pushing them out the door amid much caterwalling and wailing from the NAACP.
Of course, we didn't fire anyone that day, but we NEVER saw the NAACP again. This was in 1994.

Locked in Democrat ghettos and those few who are "graduating" high school with barely a 5th Grade education, they surely have a lock on their vote.
Negroes are trapped on the Liberal Plantation and they had better vote for The Massa or their EBT, Section 8, and other "benefits" will be cut off and they'll have to take jobs only Mexicans will do. It's either that or sell more drugs, gangbang around, and end up in jail where all the hots and cots are "free". The very few "educated" ones mostly end up in affirmative action government jobs where competence doesn't matter anyway and they can't be fired.
It is incredible most of them can't see how they are being played for suckers by the Democrats. It's also incredible how more of the rest of the country can't see and acknowledge the outrage that has happened which is bankrupting this country and turning it into a third world hellhole.
Maybe we should calculate the job participation in the NBA and NFL.
We do want equity after all...
Don’t they have custodians and a company cafeteria? That’s where liberals usually hire blacks.
Conservatives don’t hire based on race, just qualifications. My guess is that we pay qualified blacks more than liberals do because liberals think it’s cute that a minority wants to do a job that they think is meant for white people. Conservatives look at a genuinely qualified applicant and offer what they think it will take to attract the best.
In January 2008, just before the Great Recession began, 24% of Black Americans who had jobs were employed by a government agency or a government contractor.
Outside the military and the Post Office, a very high percentage of government jobs require a four year degree.
I assume that means a very high percentage of Blacks who have a college education are employed by government.
Since Blacks have the lowest college graduate rate in America, since Black college grads are overwhelmingly female, and since a huge share of Black grads work in government, I assume there are very few Blacks available who even meet the basic requirements to work at Twitter.
A previous comment mentioned that all the Blacks at Twitter probably worked in HR.
In the corporate technology world, that has also been my experience.
I wonder what their LGBTQP percentage is?
So IT is exempt from affirmative action?
