He hasn’t backed away from anything he’s said and when his statements caused blowback he stood by them.

Freedom's just another word for nuthin' left to lose.

My heart tells me he's a hollywood liberal. Seriously though, how could he be worse than most of the GOPe we've already got?

I’m really starting to like Donald Trump.

All the other times he has “ran for POTUS.” It has just been a publicity stunt.

He announced this year and I thought “well here we go.”

But then he came out swinging HARD, and not going back on ANY of it, despite being trampled by the left. The left hates him.

The last thing America needs is a Bush, or a Clinton, or a Trump. I could easily add more names to that list.

What we must have, and soon, are leaders with a true moral compass, and a deep understanding of America’s founding principles, and an iron commitment to those principles, and to the carrying out the sworn obligations of the sacred oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

You call it a tie, Trump doesn’t. He praised Obama tonight.

I know. I WANT to believe. I'm just afraid I'll wake up tomorrow and he'll be in bed with another philosophy.

They stopped making those about 30 years ago.

“My heart tells me he’s a hollywood liberal. Seriously though, how could he be worse than most of the GOPe we’ve already got? “

My issues for 2016 are the exact ones that Trump speaks to.
Close the border, better trade deals, jobs for Americans.
If he delivers on even one of those things that puts him head and shoulders above the rest of the field.
Trump has real world success, where you have to actually accomplish things.
The rest are politicians and the longer it takes them to accomplish anything then the longer they can run on that issue year after year.
I think of it like the difference between a union and non union construction job.
The union doesn’t care if it ever gets finished. The longer it takes, the longer they have a job.
A non union contractor knows if he doesn’t hit deadlines and accomplished what he said he was then he’s ruined.
When have you ever heard a career politician say “I’m sorry. I didn’t love up to agreement I made with mt constituents. I won’t be running for re-election due to my failure to do what I said I would do”

I know what he says, and I agree.

The question is : Is he lying?

I don’t know if he’s lying or not. I know the rest are career politicians so the longer they drag a problem the better off it is for them personally. Not to mention their allegiance to their paymasters.
I think if Trump didn’t do those thing then neither would any of the others that are running.
I see Trump as a longshot gamble but also as a free shot.
There really isn’t much risk since Hillary will almost certainly wipe the floor with any of the others.
I think there is a Clinton Fatigue in the country but I don’t think running another same ole same Republican is going to cash in on that.
Trump being different may be his best shot.

If it ends up a Bush vs Clinton election everyone should keep in mind that most of the uninformed voters would rather elect another Clinton than another Bush. Especially the young voters who still have GW Bush’s wars and the brainwashing from the MSM fresh in their memory. True conservatives will probably just sit it out rather than vote for Rino Jeb and that also works in the hags favor.

We should be hoping that neither one of them win the nomination and then campaign like hell to keep the dumbocrat, whoever it is, out.

Bush is his candidate

What??? He's the only one in the upper tier who isn't staying silent about Jeb's negatives.

It's harder to fight the enemy from within (ex Boehner and McConnell) than it would be to fight the enemy who's on the other side IF we had leadership and a strong voice that wanted to do so.

Trump is reminding us that our best defense should be the freedoms of speech and expression, which are needed to save what we believe in. As someone said, Trump is imperfect. But not as imperfect as those who aren't taking the risk of speaking out and not backing down.

Trump could teach the potential constitutional conservatives how it has to be done to turn the tide. I say "potential" because NOT ONE of them is putting up a real fight to refuse to accept the agenda that is destroying the US.

Why can't you just sit back and enjoy this "Mad as Hell" moment that just might turn things around?
