That's not the problem.

Democrats are quite aware of what the real issue is, but they want it that way. They don't care a bit about the current problems that plague blacks. They want blacks to be subservient and controllable and useful, in the same way they were during the times of slavery.

Democrats know that, dependent people will vote for them, since, democrats are the party of 'free stuff' and dependency on government. A demographic that is dependent, is a loyal voter for the party which caters to them via the 'free' government stuff. The real goal for democrats is not just blacks, but complete control of the country, and blacks are just 'useful idiots' to democrats.
