No one keeps state, but in Israel about 90% are white, higher depending how you consider some Sephardic Jews from Africa. Probably more minorities in the US, some might say 15% to 20%, depending how you count Hispanics. Of course by US standards, most Sephardic Jews should probably be Hispanics since the mostly came here via Spanish possessions in the new world. And Portugese, Brazil. Benjamin Cardozo was probably the first Hispanic Supreme Court Justice, but he's un-hispaniced since his family lived in English speaking colonies since the 17th century. He was un-Hispaniced for sure under Carter when the census decided Portugese (Brazil) weren't Hispanic. Race is very confusing when you make things up as you go along.
