Branding and marketing is a big part of their success. They have used professional public relations skills, I am sure that they have lots of professional public relations people working with them. They have many talented people who are very motivated for their cause. They also burrowed their way into the Democratic Party back about forty years ago and they have used that power to get what they want which I am sure also means using the networking power that the Democrats have with big corporations. The Democrats were all for their new gay voting block and they have fought for them all these years while the duplicitous Republicans have been paying lip service to family values so that they could keep getting our donations and our votes while dismissing what we wanted.
