I’m not so sure about that. Do democrats actually announce any SPECIFIC, detailed proposals in these election campaigns? No, not at all. What they do is drive down the approval rating of their opponent, by trashing them and making people literally terrified of all the terrible things that will happen if they are elected. Cruz and other repubs need to keep pounding on Hillary.
