No one can go to a minister and demand that he marry them, or baptize them.
There was a business “wedding chapel” that faced that issue, but as a commercial marriage business, not a church.
As of right now, that is the case. But all it will take is one court case of some Marxist judge siding with the fag couple that a church does not have the right to turn away a couple from matching there while re-writing the First amendment Freedom of Religion clause.
I can see this happening out west. A Marxist federal circuit court judge rules that a traditional Bible Believing church violated the fags right to marry and that the church's First Amendment Freedom of Religion rights is not applicable.
Next the Marxist dominated court 9th circuit court of appeals upholds the lower courts rulings that a church that refuses to marry a fag couple can face both civil and criminal sanctions if they refuse and that the Church's First Amendment rights do not apply.
Then the Supreme Court rules 5-4 that even established, traditional Bible Believing churches can receive civil and criminal sanctions from the state if they refuse to marry fag couples.
Kennedy would likely be the swing vote and write the opinion that even traditional churches cannot refuse to marry fags without sanctions and they have no First Amendnent rights in this matter, in spite of his written opinion in the fag marriage case that said traditional churches cannot be legally forced to marry fags.
