No. Just one or two cities, probably in conjunction with a nuclear attack on Israel which will get Iran rendered uninhabitable for a short period of time (in galactic terms). Israel may cease to exist as a functioning nation, also, and perhaps DC and New York go pffffft, though if the mullahs can actually think strategically and don't expect to be vaporizeđ by the Samson subs, New Orleans would be a first target.
