Pat - Read the Order. I am pretty sure it is not reciprocal against her contacting you or coming around you, but it could be as you are in a state different from mine.
She could be setting you up.
You are right of course. My advice to her was based on the laws in my state. Delaware may be different. I do know that the orders in many states read the same as Tennessee law. She should read the order, but in any case she should seriously rethink any contact whatsoever with the daughter and document everything.
