If the Feds want to impose a odious edict on a state function, then the state is within its right to just stop doing it.

On its surface this sounds like a way to speed up the lefts “be careful what you wish for” process shipwreck.

Wonder how other (not 3rd world) countries handle marriage license and civil marriages.

If the state no longer licenses, then the only way to be married is through the church.

States rights are dead.

The same faggot judge that said marriage was a State issue when striking down DOMA just said marriage is NOT a State issue.

At this point just pray that D.C. is nuked and soon.
