If the laws of God are so unimportant to someone that they're secondary to the laws of man, I have to doubt the sincerity of that person's religious beliefs. Who said that? a person who wants a legal marriage, is not going against his Christian beliefs.

You asked who said that marriage is not important. See #184, the writer seems to infer that her former marriage was important primarily because of the good affect it had on her current financial status. But maybe I just took it to mean something that she didn't, and if I did I sincerely apologize.
