LOL. My mind’s eye is busy visualizing this.
I cannot believe that a man can be so small as to do this. The man who is supposed to be the head of the government of the United States of America is not supposed to be so small as to do something as trivial as to light up the white house so as to indicate that they favor a moral inclination such as that decided by a Supreme Court decision. One would think that that man would be neutral. He, at least should be.

Personally I think he was brilliant. He certainly experimented with drugs, the occult and was an alcoholic, but his words flew in the face of the culture. A culture he helped breed but also made a mockery of. He called his audience a bunch of slaves. And listening to his work objectively I can’t help hearing bitter sarcasm.
It’s as if he went there, saw others going there and said “you people are really stupid to stay”.
A line that I failed to include in my post from that song. Something that in addition to your addition is one that puts the whole thing in the context of the original post, IMHO.
