Any day in June as it is LBGT month. This banner hangs at the Out Bound gate at the Millington, TN Naval Base...BUPERS. Look down in the right hand corner as you face the computer, and in the background you will find the Phone number 877 Navy it is very faint, as it's on the banner behind this one. So some one can read that banner going in. To high up for some one to take a whiz on.
