I know what Russia is. Your claims are exaggeration. Maybe something is wrong with my eyes but I did not notice no single occurrence of senior officer posting his pictures performing sexual acts with anybody. Officers are not showmen, having accounts on any websites is prohibited for them. Raping newcomers even in prisons is not routine thing
for Russia.

You must not have looked very hard. There are even videos of entire torture sessions. And Russkies have been infamous for their "websites" during the Ukraine conflict, usually getting pulled only after getting exposed on the media, because they're posing in photos inside Ukraine or else putting up pictures of gore and torture.
