Let's see, California, Oregon, Washington, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Minnesota, Illinois, New York, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. That's thirteen States riddled with liberals that would never come even close to ratifying such an amendment.

Apparently they think Article V is only for (s)electing senators and balanced budget amendments
