The court would just rule it all unconstitutional in one nonsensical brain-fart. Yes the would. More laws can’t reign in the lawless. Article V should be completely ruled out as a solution at this point. The states no longer have a contract with the federal government and can protect inalienable rights without needing permission from the feds. The federal government is a criminal enterprise and can’t be dealt with. If you’re going to implement some mechanisms that bypass the feds, why wait until you get 33 states to go along with you? Just do it. You’re no longer bound by the constitution because it’s been shredded.

It was a good idea, but it should have been done 30 years ago. It’s too late now. Only massive disobedience can insure our freedom now.
