I think people should just start pushing every absurd configuration you can. Flood the courts!
Let’s get an entire town to marry each other. Let’s get parents wedding their kids. Grind the whole screwed-up court system to such a halt that they wont be able to take a s**t without having to decide if that is “marriage” as well.
Yes. Overwhelm the system. The Supreme Court will have to be careful. If enough people ignore their rulings, they will become irrelevant.
