Easier way is to just get the next Republican president to nominate 5 die hard conservatives to the court and fix everything in one broad stroke
Where’s the evidence that if we (once again) push them into office they will represent us?
I think they’ll turn on us again and give us a bunch of Roberts and Kennedy’s.
Levin has it right. The problem is that everyone at the federal level is in cahoots to increase their own power and reduce our own.
Our changes will have to come from the grassroots, local, and state level up, without asking their permission, without crossing our fingers and hope they don’t betray us again.
We have a convention of the states.
We vote for the amendments.
We cram them down their throats.
