How many Billions were collected in gas tax last year, plus all the Billions in toll road taxes, minus two Billion equals ammount of misspropration of funds.
My guess is far more taxes “hit the road Jack”, than ever fixes the roads. Cant drive far without hitting a highwaymans toll booth in the north east.
