Doesn’t the prosecutor have an ethical; duty to pursue the truth?
One small point. The article says the “matter has been sent to the Attorney General for a ruling.” The AG cannot “rule,” he can only issue an opinion. Only a court can “rule.”
The Waco PD is trying very, very hard to keep these videos away from the public. I wonder why....
The City of Waco better have one very high coverage liability insurance policy. This whole Twin Peaks matter stinks to the high heavens.
The same JP that set the $1,000,000 bonds on 177. Can we spell recuse?
Waco cops and ATF have had over a month to fix the video to suit their story so what’s with these delay tactics? Expect the same thing to happen to the video and all the confiscated cell phones as happened to Lerner’s hard drive.
McClennan will have plenty of time to file lawsuits from his perch inside a Texas penitentiary.

It is interesting that, according to Broden, the TP attorney has custody of a video that the police could not get their hands on.
So much for, “Don’t mess with Texas!”
Hell, Texans were killed, jailed, held on $1 million bond, bikes stolen for auction, and...nothing. Not a peep out of Texans.
What did we learn boys and girls? Not only can you mess with Texans, you can kill them, jail them, rob them, steal from them, and they’ll walk off with their tails between their legs.
