Yes. And Ginsberg. And Sotomayor.
Just for starters.

being a moral coward is, unfortunately, not sufficient grounds for impeachment. besides, guess who would nominate his replacement.

Impeach? Good heavens, why? He’ll just be replaced by another corrupt liberal. And we’ll have to foot the bill.
And somehow I can’t foresee Congress doing much of anything. The Republicrats are too busy counting all the money they made on insider trading today to give a hoot about much of anything.
To: illiac
I’d rather we impeach Obama and Boehner first.

Yep. Way past time for his ass to be removed from the bench.

Yeah, sure. Lots of dreamers here at Free Republic.

if you haven’t figured it out yet... almost all republicans go along with the democrats on the big items. house, senate and the supremes.
the best example of what’s happening can be found in ‘Captain America: Winter Soldier’... but instead of hydra and shield, think progressives and the US govt

Sure would be appropriate, lawful and just; but, USG would appoint a worst _judge_ more likely.
To: illiac
I can think of a more appropriate punishment for a traitor.

It would be quicker for the states to just ignore him and the rest of his black-robed cabal.

Or we can run him outta town on a rail covered in hot tar and chicken feathers. The rule of law seems to be anything you want to make it these days.

Wait until a Republican (Cruz/Walker) is elected President. Then, rather than impeach, I think that there should be an investigation into his adoption of his children.
Make Roberts resign. No need to impeach him.
He apparently has some skeletons in the closet and is being blackmailed. He has been compromised. Need to get rid of him.

Should “we” Who is “we”? I don’t believe the votes exist in Congress to do any such thing. Are a bunch of them deserving of it? Sure.

It would not matter with this House and Senate.
