I know the police chief has said he would like to see cases of 911 dispatchers charged criminally for this sort of thing but I’m not sure there is any legal recourse.I'm not following you.....
It was not the dispatchers fault..it was the EMT not following the dispatchers "orders".
Am I missing something?

No I’m putting this idiot in the same category as dispatchers who behave the same way.
Detroit has had people die while waiting for police that weren’t coming after dispatchers lied to callers and never dispatched police.
