I sometimes felt sorry for Beckel in the same way I felt sorry for Combs at times. You knew these guys didn’t beleive some of the positions they took. But they got paid to argue those points. And let’s face it, some of the Fox characters are not that strong on really making someone look silly. Still, the simple content and 5th grade logic was enough to paint the token liberals as stooges.
Sorry, I don’t feel bad for propagandists who are destroying this country, just because they are paid to do it. I think Chris Mathews was actually sane before being paid to be an extremist propagandist. And he does it with relish. I don’t excuse him or “feel bad” for him because he’s “just following orders”, or “just doing his job”. He’s helping to destroy this country and divide Americans. Period.
