Imagine if it had gone the way it should have (Scalia’s dissent becomes the majority decision). It would be (and should be) up to Congress to correct a law that they wrote - and that would’t happen with the current Congress. So - Obama’s minions had to have this decision go this way or Obamacare would become toothless. So - somehow they convinced Roberts and Kennedy (the other four are mindless minions, they were easy) to vote for this tortured logic - they have to have something on them to get them to put aside their intelligence.
I guess they missed the precedent of ‘void for vagueness’ as well.
It was probably in the same English class, that they missed, where they diagrammed the 2nd Amendment sentence structure and defined “shall not” and “infringed”.
