FWIW, I’m not a contractor, but I too have lived in a large custom home (4,000 square ft on the top of a hill overlooking the entire San Ramon Valley on1.5 acres) in Central Contra Costa County for 30 years as well. Not that it matters as far as the subject matter at hand is concerned. I worked for a guy once who called this “peeing on posts.”

A comment that could not be less relevant. You told me to "go back to my double wide", thus I mentioned my home. I never accused you of living in a doublewide thus where you live is relevant to no one.
