I never gave this theory in credence before, but now it is hard not to believe he is being intimidated or extorted into voting the way the Chicago Mafia administration orders.
They've got something on him, but I don't think it's that constantly repeated issue about his adopted children.
See my post #26. This was a 6-3 decision. There was no need for Roberts to vote with the majority here, it was already a 5-4 decision.
In fact, if he was really being blackmailed he should have voted with Scalia and the rest because doing so would have reduced the credibility of the blackmail allegations.
