We need to at least try on Article V if they deny us that it will justify our side more on the next civil war and will be great PR against the state...

If you think progressives have won, then you do not see the whole picture. Cruz refers to them as the DC Cartel. The Cartel has won. Just like the Mexican Drug Cartels own Mexico. Socialist progressives are getting screwed. They have to pay the Obama fine for health insurance they cannot afford. The Fascists Cartel is winning. The good news is they comprise only a very small percentage of the population.
