So single payer, with all your medical records in the system, oh, which by the way, was just hacked by the Chinese to the tune of all government personnel records.
lose the battle, win the war.
Thanks to this ruling the Dems are now FULLY liable politically going forward.
And Hillary will likely be the defender in 2016 of this lemon.
When the ballot booth closes the reaction will be swift and angry. Particularly because the business side of the effects are going to come through by then.
Just wait until you see the large insurers try to merge with each other . . . pitchforks will be a blazing . . .
Very accurate depiction of our current form of government except that the “Rubber Stamp Branch” will sometimes act as a debating club in order to keep up appearances.

It is the “Potemkin on the Potomac”....

It’s a big step in that direction.
The two tallest buildings on the Pittsburgh skyline are Highmark (Blue Cross-Blue Shield) and UPMC. Their p*$$*ng match on the media in this market is merely a preview of things to come.
Bflr.
So your deductions will now be...Federal Tax, SS, Medicare and Obamacare...and only working folks pay. What’s new!!
It effectively is. The subsidies are paid right out of the US Treasury and go directly to insurance companies. It is single payer of an enormous subsidy to the Health Insurance industry.
Just another step to a one payer system Anyone surprised by this ruling is quite naive, there was no chance of SCOTUS doing damage to ACA.
Just a matter of time.
'In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.'
No.. I was just talking with J.Roberts the clear meaning of
“in all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.”
Is
“In all other cases that we the court think congress acted in a way that did not makes sense to us we shall have ALL power to change the written law and even the former constitution to fit our whims.”
And via state exchanges they have forced various insurers to raise their prices if their premium increases apeared too small.
You are correct.
This whole thing is not about Health Care. There are not enough doctors to handle the influx of new patients. You think the VA is bad? In some rural parts of MA (with Romney care) a first visit to a primary care physician can take more than 300 days.
People flock to the ERs.
It is a mess.
The last good thing out of MA was Sam Adams.
The person, not the beer.
Better check the voter demographics in this country....with millions of LEGAL immigrants arriving from the third world year after year & voting 80% democrat there’s a small chance the GOP can win a national election any longer.
Shoot...the Feds will now “Federalize” the state exchanges.
Hoping some state will take that to SCOTUS re: states rights.
Sworn to uphold the Constitution-—like hell they do. Leaders who are leftists, liars and leeches. Move over Roman Empire—we got nothing on you. If there is a ‘rapture’ looking forward to it.
Ironic graphic....since....Obama has been playing the “knockout game” against America, Americans, our symbols, our traditions and our constitution from Day One of his unlawful reign.
I can see it now (the future historic commentary).
Conservatives didn’t leave the Republican Party. The Republican Party left conservatives. More like, drove them out.
It is no longer the Supreme Court. It is the EXTREME Court!
