I can’t wait to read the decision and find out what their “logic” was. The statute was clear, The intention was clear. Neither mattered. The law says whatever judges and the President says it means.

I cant wait to read the decision and find out what their logic was. It's out there. Roberts came up with a shockingly contrived and unconvincing opinion. Scalia's dissent is a work of art - incisive and completely logical.
