It seems to me the NYT may have “claimed” they didn’t want to violate the kids civil rights...but that promise may have been made by the Obama administration. You know how they are all for protecting one’s civil rights.
If I’m correct the NYT article was way before obama and was basically an in-depth look at Roberts as the new chief of the scotus.
