BUT that states must recognize other states’ marriages.

There are states that refuse to respect gun licenses issued by other states.The City of New York will *only* honor handicapped placards issued by the city.

If that kind of thing is constitutional then refusal to accept a pervert marriage should be as well.

What you say is true, but I think SCOTUS will play politics on this one, that they’ll give each side a piece of a win.

My own view, fwiw, is that the constitution doesn’t say a word about marriage. Therefore, it is left to the PEOPLE or to the STATES. The people spoke in many states and instituted laws that should be reinstituted as wrongfully struck down.

Furthermore, I don’t think ANY kind of marriage is a ‘right’. If it were I right I could ask the government to force someone to marry me.
