A $500 million plan? These roads need billions of dollars -billions which are SUPPOSED to come from the billions collected in fuel taxes - when they aren't being spent on solar cars and choo choo trains.

This will be yet another one of these “tollboothless toll roads”... the goal is to have every car have an RFID tag.
When my stepsister lived in Philly, my father avoided the PA turnpike, he just drove all the way on US Route 30. IIRC, I think in the early 1960’s, my parents drove to Florida on US Rt. 19.
