Only conservatives actually have to get IRS approval of a 501 c 3 (or similar) status. Liberals can do WTF they want to do.

The IRS is only there to enforce laws against conservatives. It’s there to help liberals - the wealthy with their foundations - and the handouts for the others.

Its powerhouse accountants failed in their fiduciary duties to detect and report the Clintons Foundation’s “apparent massive diversions of funds” from a global charity that fights HIV/AIDS, according to respected Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel....more at wnd.com ...

Lots a verisimilitude w/ the criminal Enron and the Clinton Foundation.

<><> Enron said accounting and tax " mistakes" were made.

<><> Enron's prestigious accounting firm collapsed--accused of felonious conduct.

<><> Enron's CEO was charged criminally but died before being jailed.

<><> Enron's CFO went to jail b/c he had established numerous shady entities offshore.

<><> The CFO's wife was also jailed..... for signing falsified tax returns.

<><>Enron's jailed exec, Jeff Skilling, is considered so dangerous prison officials wouldn't let him out to attend his son’s funeral.

==================================================

The party line is that "clerical errors" were made within Clintons' sprawling maze of financial affairs. Several years of falsified Clinton Foundation filings are being restated as we type.

===============================================

OOPS---Here's yet another Foundation "clerical error." Several state and federal agencies the Clintons listed as "donors" told news outlets they did not contribute to the Clinton Foundation.

<><> EPA said there's no record of donations to the Clinton Foundation.

<><> The “Office of Minority Health and Human Services,” is listed but it's not clear what this donation referred to, or even which federal or state office it came from.

<><> The Arkansas Dept of Human Services received a donor "gift receipt" but said they never expended tax dollars to the Foundation.

==================================================

BTW, to get a tax-write-off, the alleged Foundation donors must submit a "gift receipt" w/ their tax returns.
