Are blacks in MOST PLACES.. much more prone to do stuff illegal than other races?...
Answer: YES... not always better at not getting caught..
AND thats just the ones they CAUGHT... it must be WORSE than the statistics.. say..
The crime ratio of black:white is something like 8:1. Hispanic is like 2:1.
The even more damning thing is that the U.S population is about 70% white, 12-13% black, and about 15% other including hispanic/mixed.
The facts are staggering.
