They might have thought right. Orders had to come from much higher up than just base commander. This is a Pencil Pusher base, use to be a training base. It’s about 20+ miles outside of Memphis, in the same county, Shelby.
They sure are spending a lot of money on not needed Exchange remodel, all the bldg needed was a new roof and the Dispensary enlarged and made fit for handicapped since they DOD MANDATED senior retired to use it for their daily meds, and not needed buildings as there are empty ones that they could have used.
