There is no other way to look at it SoConPubbie.

Cruz is saying he NOW does not support TPA 1. He was misled. It was a bad deal. There’s no way around that.

He is saying he does not support TPA 2

He was misled on TPA 1.

He discovered the perfidy on TPA 2.
