No, I think that Ted would have voted against this disgusting crony “capitalist” deal this time, no matter what. He has heard from us loud and clear. He should have known better the first time.

Yes, a bunch of additional democrats decided to vote “yes”, allowing Cruz to “courageously” vote “no”, after it was assured of passage.
