Unfortunately the flag that is so strongly associated with the Ku Klux Klan is the confederate battle flag, not the Stars n Bars.
Perhaps if some good ol boys had intervened and knocked some heads when they saw their symbol being appropriated by the klanners...
I don't give a rat's ass about the confederate flag, all I care about is the fact that the people I regard as enemies hate it and want to ban it.
