The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation, Stubbs statement read. If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.

Nothing. I'm just giving you a first hand account from my biker days. I know what I'm talking about, yet so many here are whining about the freedom for 1%ers to be murdering, raping, drug makes/distributors and kick anyone's ass if they look cross-eyed at them. Like I said, I sold my Harley 2 years ago, and have been around those assholes for years.
Granted, the sweep of so many innocents was unjustified, but don't tell me the 1%ers should have the same rights as the average citizen. That patch is the equivalent of the Swastika. Have you never noticed the Iron Cross and other SS patches they wear, not mention some Swastikas? I can't believe so many here are trying to defend these scum. I have yet to hear from a long time biker who has had any interaction with these thugs like I have. I'm done.
I am MUCH more inclined to regard you personally via your personal first-hand or even second-hand experiences to be credible, MUCH more so than the History Channel.
Any research I do leaves out The History Channel, Wikipedia, and other standard processed info, as sources. They're useful for getting an idea of what might or might be historically accurate and therefore set one on the path to learning more elsewhere, but that is all.
By the way, with your real experience -- do you honestly believe that "professional" criminal bikers protecting their "territory" would engage in a hand-to-hand fight with guns, at that time and that place in the presence of at least half a dozen marked cop cars (officially admitted and upheld by witnesses -- the bikers drove RIGHT PAST them on their way to said "rumble")? And that their partners in crime apparently get away with the same crimes constantly because of those arrested, only a third even had prior arrest records?
I will tell you this: the true one percenters you talk about, a few of whom I have known personally and more I've had very close second-hand and indirect knowledge, and whose families I've known for decades, NOT A ONE OF THEM would choose that time, that place, to do what the police narrative claims they did. It is totally, completely out of character.
Yet THAT is the narrative of law enforcement and the MSM.
I WANT to believe that cops did something right and good here, and that they are trustworthy.
But believing it knowing what I know, would be as dangerous and stupid as believing that on my credits leger, two plus two equals five.
It isn't what I want to believe. It's what I have to accept.
What oath is forever?
May I suggest that you take some time to think about what unrestrained and arbitrary authority might look like? Please consider how the trampling of the Constitution - even to "get at" the vilest is a very dangerous and ominous precedent.
I was commenting on you assuming that you know why more freepers aren't commenting on this topic.
Go back and re-read your post.
I WILL tell you that they DO have the same rights, absent having forfeited them as a part of their punishment for crimes they are convicted of.
To believe otherwise is to spit on the Constitution.
Guess you didn't hear of the brawl/shootout in Lauglin some years ago between the HA's and the Mongols. There was plenty of security in the bar that had to intervene. Just friggin watch the Gangland series on outlaw bikers and you'll see the body count over the years from competing 1%ers.
And no, as much as they try, they are not "professional". That's why they get infiltrated by LEO's so often and have mass arrests for various felonies and RICO. Watch it. You'll be convinced how awful they've become. BTW, some clubs are now pimping. How nice. I give up.
Don't ever give up, brother.
Oh please, you damn well know what my oath means. Less you stick your foot further in your mouth I was a founding member and later the Chairman of Veterans for Constitutional Restoration (VetsCor). Except for the rogue cops, I support the Thin Blue Line against anarchy, which the 1%ers would love to see happen for their own gain.
“Surely you must know how abhorrent that term and the “thinking” behind it is. Surely.”
Sure. It is to drive away any talk about how evil your biker gangs are.
SUBHUMAN. : less than human: as. a : failing to attain the level (as of morality or intelligence) associated with normal human beings.

“They even have worse patches for those who have killed and who are “enforcers”.”
The Filthy Few?

Who will guard the guardians?
“And the assessment that Bandidos MO was covert kinda blows up the scenario that they rolled on 5/17/15 to throw that away and bust ugly right in front of the cops.”
Hey, when your president is disrespected in public in front of all these gangs, you got to make a public display to counter ... Use your brain. For once ... instead of always defending the biker gangs.
“Over the past weeks that I’be been following this topic, I have counted a total of 73 FReepers who post in defense of the police/MSM narrative, and 160 FReepers who post that they think the MSM/police narrative looks like BS. “
You copy/pasted this from last month! LOL!
“No expiration date was given me.”
Hmmm. Now we know who the Obama Bootlicker is ...
“and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States”
“I can’t believe so many here are trying to defend these scum.”
There are only about four of the hard-core like that here.
“I have yet to hear from a long time biker who has had any interaction with these thugs like I have. I’m done.”
I know it is frustrating but I hope you will return from time to time. Of course their goal was to drive you away.
Congratulations on finding an online dictionary. Please advise which human beings today merit the title. The Third Reich was pretty clear. Can you be at least that clear?
And also, please advise, in detail, please, what sorts of “special treatment” is to be accorded to the subhumans that you identify.
There are so many, many FReepers I have held in high regard for years and looked to for better insight on issues of the day, who are simply ABSENT on threads discussing the Waco event's clear and present dangerous abuse of the Constitution.
WHY are they absent from such a truly critical and important national story? This was a very large-scale SUCCESSFUL abuse of power that has resulted in severe harm, permanent damage, to the personal lives of very probably at least 150 people in the same demographic that rode on Washington DC in numbers 800,000 to more than a million strong in 2013.
“Congratulations on finding an online dictionary. Please advise which human beings today merit the title. The Third Reich was pretty clear. “
I take it from your post that you label those that were in the Third Reich as sub-human?
I WILL tell you that they DO have the same rights, absent having forfeited them as a part of their punishment for crimes they are convicted of.
This is all and only about depriving Americans of their right to free association.
