The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
“The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation,” Stubbs’ statement read. “If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.”

A fair reading of the comments on these threads shows that several of those who tend to accept that there is no reason to suspect the Waco PD version have characterized those of us who do not accept the WPD version of being sympathizers of outlaw biker gangs.
And despite many posts trying to disabuse them of that outrageous and slanderous notion, it continues.

THAT is what the Waco shootout charade is about, and it is REVEALING just who are the Stalinesque American "conservatives" among us who are the most inclined to support a police state overthrow of free Americans.

Actually, it wasn’t from a nasty racist site. It was a sticker that your biker lawyer printed up and pasted on various businesses.
The photo was from a business owner that had gotten one of the stickers put on their window.

Austin Mayor Steve Adler condemned the stickers in a statement earlier this week and the city said they would take appropriate action if any other instances occurred. Austin police say they are aware of the video and are looking into the matter, and it was unclear if any charges of any kind for vandalism can or will be filed.
