The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation, Stubbs statement read. If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.

You should have stopped while you were still ahead or at least had a shred of credibility left.
Just listen to the President of the CoCI.
The information which has been posted is NOT from MSM, NOT from LE, but from biker eye-witness testimony. INCLUDING the PRESIDENT of your sacred CoCI.
What else do you want?
LINK.
“LINK.”
I admit we can’t all be here all the time, to read all the posts and link to and read all the links, but honestly the ones referred to have been posted more than once. So just do your own due diligence, I trust you are capable of it.
Apparently a lot of us here are just too lame to do our own due diligence and we depend on you to do it for us poor dumb bunnies. And even YOU can't do it!
The reason you cannot do it is because you are LYING.
No substance or facts. Just repetitious, juvenile, name calling.
Then who is Jimmy Graves? OK CHAIRMAN! You dare to call be a “liar” for terming the Chairman as President? SO SORRY for a distinction without a difference . . .
“Respect to all,
TCOC&I State Office
Bandido Gimmi Jimmy 1%er - Chairman
Escondido Paul Vice Chairman”

Now provide a credible link that the Bandidos are extorting real hard cash money from other clubs and their members as the price of being part of the CoCI. Not just "he said so" accusations, but real hard evidence, charges, money exchanging hands, arrests. Because until you can, I will consider those accusations as pure poppycock from folks who watch too damned much TV.
You FORGOT to include that Bandido/Texas CoCI quote: We do not break the law as a whole; we do not encourage it, Graves responded. You do not have to be a criminal to be a Bandido. We will not take criminals if we know theyre criminals. We dont want that reputation.
The Bandidos deny what happened Sunday was the result of a long-simmering dispute with other bikers.
So -- do you believe him, or not? He CONFIRMS my claim that so far, the ONLY source claiming the dispute between Cossacks and Bandidos even existed, let alone that it was coming to a head at that meeting, are "police experts" presumably using info from under-cover cops and informants, probably Cossack informants who may well have been manipulated by under-cover cops who convinced them that the Bandidos were after their hides.
What YOU really intend is to deprive people of their right to free association. That is ALL and ONLY what you are advocating for here. The Bandidos, whatever reputation they have, have a right to be at the meeting, to be involved in CoCI, and EVERY BIKER THERE had a right to associate with them and anyone else who was there.
YOU and your Stalinesque toadies on these threads are driven SOLELY by the desire to denigrate the American right to free association.
You were claiming that the "President" of the latter was this guy, when in my searching, I could find ZERO reference to such a person.
What you MEANT was the Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents. You just forgot to specify.
You ORIGINALLY referred to the President(or Chairman, I don't care which) of the Confederation of Clubs and Independents, of which I can find no such person or even such a group -- I can ONLY find Confederation of Clubs. The "CoC & Independents" are ALWAYS state groups.
FURTHERMORE, everything you post CONFIRMS what has been apparent from the start: that the ONLY source that is feeding the notion of a fight in the making, of a meeting to discuss differences between Cossacks and Bandidos, of Bandidos extorting money out of CoCI member clubs just to be able to ride in Texas without the Bandidos going after them -- the ONLY sources of those accusations are law enforcement through their "experts," informants, or under-cover cops, plus anonymous callers to radio shows and senders of emails. No charges levied, no proof of money exchanged, no stories about police responding to reports of being extorted/attacked by Bandidos just for NOT paying to Texas CoCI.
Yet in spite of the total ABSENCE of such hard evidence, you are attacking our right to free association based on the very likely fictitious meme that such evidence must exist somewhere because the police say so!!!!
People have a right to associate with people you disapprove of. YOU think police should be able to deprive people of their right to free association.
I think that is STALINESQUE of you.
And as it turns out, I was CORRECT.
There ARE, however, state-designated CoCIs (Texas CoCI, Louisianna CoCI) who have presidents/officers.
And it's pretty obvious to anyone with a brain that the CoCI is a LEGITIMATE POLITICAL ORGANIZATION.
What it looks like at Waco is that law enforcement wanted to find a way to punish people for attending CoCI meetings and whipped up an anger-fomenting premise based on melodramatic biker lore of the type that makes "History Channel" biker specials and "Sons of Anarchy" shows so popular. If they say anyone who wears a patch that says "1%" is bent on criminal mayhem and violence, then by golly, it must be true!!!!!! True for credulous dupes and Stalinesque tools.
“Then you certainly can do it yourself and LINK IT HERE IN ONE OF YOUR POSTS.”
We can start with this one:
Peter Graves, Bandidos officer and TCOC president at the Waco shooting, says they respect the police for doing their job.

“The “President of the CoCI” is WHO, please? LINK?”

“And it’s pretty obvious to anyone with a brain that the CoCI is a LEGITIMATE POLITICAL ORGANIZATION.”
If it is a legitimate political organization and the decent members outnumber the OMG’s 10-1 WTF are all the chairmen from OMG’s?????????????
BEAM ME UP!!!!!!!!!!
“We will not take criminals if we know theyre criminals.”
Criminals can’t get CC permits. Bandidos require their members to get CC permits.
Yup, that's them. Can't remember at the moment what the patch looks like, but those are the worse of the worse of the 1%ers. All 1%ers are bad guys and can't believe some on this forum are trying to give them the benefit of the doubt in the Waco incident. Just the fact that they promoted/published a "sit-down" with other 1%ers is good enough for me for Law Enforcement agencies to monitor it.
This is hardly a 1st Amendment issue. That said, I believe that the cops over-stepped their authority by arresting so many who weren't involved.
” Can’t remember at the moment what the patch looks like,”
Double lightning bolt
Puhlease. We are talking about drug-making, drug-dealing, rapists, murderers here. They have NO right to "free association". They are simply gangsters who are predators. So I guess the Italian Mafia should have been free to extort, murder, and other proven crimes against civilized neighborhoods back in their heydays?
Do you also include the Crips, Bloods, MS-13, 18th Street Gang, Mexican Mafia to freely associate with each other to continue their drive-bys and assassinations that occur almost daily? What the hell is wrong with you people? It's called CRIME, and it's been proven time and again. Sheesh.
Yup, that's one. I thing the "Filthy Few" have another patch depending on organization or chapter. Could be wrong. Guess I should Google.
I can't believe what I'm reading on this conservative law-and-order forum. YOU are a troll for not giving the benefit of doubt to an outlaw motorcycle club like the notorious Bandidos. I also can't believe they believe what the some leadership of Bandidos say about, "glad the cops were there". What nonsense. Do they also believe everything that Obama and his ilk say?
Many outlaw clubs have gotten smart and now try to look legitimate, much like the Italian Mafia did in later days. When I read the president or some other leadership of the Bandidos claim the above, I think of John Gotti and his attempt to look legitimate. Guess what happened to him, rightfully so.
Having the misfortune of associating with 1%ers in my youth, I have forgotten more than most on this forum know, unless they're part of those murderous gangs.
I won't bother with further experiences as I posted earlier. Plus, I've been accused of not respecting the 1st Amendment in so many words. Other than LEO being secretive about the incident, which could prove wrong-doing by arresting innocents, I still give them the benefit of the doubt over the Bandidos. I know what those f*ckers and other 1%ers are about. Screw their "freedom of association".
