The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation, Stubbs statement read. If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.

” Most police are not like those a-holes who did this heinous crime.”
What crime. Even some of the biker relatives say that the police saved many lives that day.
There is NO disputing that the bikers started shooting first. NONE of the bikers are saying that the police started shooting first. All reported statements by bikers or their lawyers say that bikers started shooting first.
“Its been over a month. So no, I cant.”
I think you can.
These guys keep coming back to the story that it was a LEO ambush. You would think by now they would accept that the bikers started shooting first.
‘It just takes time, he said.’
Mangling the Oath of enlistment is one more shameful post made by the Texas Troll. You insult and dishonor not me, but every single person who has sworn the oath.
I am pinging a veteran who swore the same oath. Perhaps HE can explain to you what the oath means. For handy reference, here it is.
Enlistment Oath. Each person enlisting in an armed force shall take the following oath: "I, (state name of enlistee), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
“Mangling the Oath of enlistment is one more shameful post made by the Texas Troll. You insult and dishonor not me, but every single person who has sworn the oath.”
I quoted it. I did no mangle it. It is you who reiterated your allegiance to Obama.

Concurring bump...I noticed it was Don-o who started using the oath of enlistment to attack another poster in the first place.
Don-o, you have a bad habit of starting threads like this and then attacking people who's point of view you disagree with. If you're going to engage in such behavior don't be surprised if someone responds in kind.
Grow up!
“Concurring bump...I noticed it was Don-o who started using the oath of enlistment to attack another poster in the first place. “
Yes. He quoted part of the oath and said his oath never expired. I just quoted part of the oath that he left out! The part where he swore to obey Obama.
Steven Stubbs! I remember now. He was that stupid dude in the videos that were posted here last month.

Bandidos’ national leader Jimmy Graves who was at Waco said the Bandidos respect the job the police for doing their job.
We have previously heard from biker families that they believe the police saved lives.
We have previously heard from a biker there that he believed that the police reacted properly to the situation.

Yes Bandido friend Bow Tie . . .
the only source that I can find for the rumor that there was a snitch in the Cossacks who encouraged them to go to Waco;
and how the Bandidos could report on a snitch in the Cossacks I don’t know . . . unless it was a Bandido snitch and not a LE snitch.
This rumor has been assumed true by some posters on FR. On the basis of that rumor, it has been asserted that the event was a planned operation by LE from the start, luring bikers into “killing zones.” It has been asserted that the shooting was started by the cops after their undercover man got discovered in the bathroom and they had to open fire to get him out (I am not able to picture how that would work). It has even been asserted that a bearded cop in cowboy boots is that undercover cop.
I can find no substantiation for these assertions other than rumors from Bow Tie and Bandido social media.
On the other hand, there is testimony from both Cossacks and Bandidos that the fight started when a Bandido President rolled into the parking lot and was “disrespected.” These and other eye-witness statements agree that bikers started the shooting. That cops started shooting to stop the biker shooting. And even that the cops being there saved lives. How would the fight have ended otherwise?
The above is not the LE version. It is eye-witness testimony from the bikers themselves.
Yet, when this information is presented for evaluation, the person presenting it is a “troll”, a fascist cop-loving boot licker. HUH? It is not believed because it is the “LE story”, and “cops lie” or merely because “it stinks.” HUH?
And the basis is what? seems to be Bow Tie’s rumor. That rumor can be believed and used as the foundation to build entire castles of sand.
“How would the fight have ended otherwise?”
My guess is that their would be a lot fewer Cossacks alive today.
“Bullshit and a lie. I NEVER until this morning quoted from the Oath and when I did, I posted it in entirety. My first comment in that string was to note that it never expires.”
You may have not written the excerpt but you replied to it in the affirmative.

They found blood in the bathroom. Wounded and those fleeing to safety came into the restaurant and into the bathroom. As I recall from conservativetreehouse and waitress comments (the restaurant video viewed by AP), the shooting started outside.
Even if there was fighting in the restaurant, I have found nothing other than a “hypothetical” tying the fighting to an undercover cop.
