The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation, Stubbs statement read. If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.

Is this the same guy? Sounds like another loose cannon.

“The following is true and correct:
1) The Bandidos were at the Twin Peaks restaurant to attend an organized political meeting and nothing else. A regional meeting for the Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents (a bona fide political organization centered on Constitutional rights) was scheduled,”
The Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents is run by the Bandidos as part of their criminal enterprise.
You got a troll.
Man, and he was right on that bait, too! Reminds me of trolling for sail in the Gulf of Panama. We raised one before we had gone 25 yards once!
Wait til he starts tail walking. It is spectacular.
Just wait, any second he will start accusing everyone of loving murderers and pimps.
When he calls for salvation from the moderator you know you got the hook in his gut. Put a gaff in him.
That's my light work.
Shh.
You are not supposed to post rational or objective independent thought.
He is absolutely right, they should have kept their mouth shut
So the police are not trying to poison the jury pool by releasing misleading information and concealing evidence, but the bikers are trying to poison the jury pool by requesting that the videos be released.
Have I got that figured out or am I missing something obvious that GatorJaws needs to explain to me?
You are the troll.
My opinion is that Waco PD was and is in way over their heads. It remains to be seen how, exactly they got into this mess.
>>> 3) All weapons in possession of members the Bandidos were legally owned and carried. <<<
This is another issue I’ve had all along — how many of the 280 (this week) weapons recovered were legal?
Secondarily, how many of these weapons were actually used?
And C, how many of these weapons were used in self-defense?
The cops got some splainin to do...
“Moments later, witnesses heard police sniper rifle fire and 100s of rounds of gunfire. Stubbs says, that most of the gunshot rounds were fired by police and a SWAT team into the crowd of Cossacks, Scimitars and the small group of Bandidos.”
Hmmm. WPD says LE fired 12 rounds.
How many rounds were fired by the BATFE, and other government agencies present?
Well all these groups seem to include both criminal with non-criminal people and clubs. You have tried to assert than anyone attending is a criminal, but you are having a hard time selling that. We know that several Christian oriented bike groups were there, we know that a 2/3 majority of people arrested in the sweep had no criminal records. We have several news reports about people arrested, and one about a deceased person, all of whom claim no ties to any clubs whatsoever.
Regardless of who exactly these people were, even accused criminals have rights in our system. We still need to find out what happened, and the government is still selling an implausible version of events while withholding evidence.
Let's see the video tape and ballistic reports. Let's see the autopsy reports.
