“The arrests at Waco were made without reference to club affiliation.”

LOL! The were absolutely made with reference to club affiliations.

If you were in a club, any club, you got busted. Maybe you think that is funny.

I wasn't talking about the immeasurably small sampling you want to show me. I was talking about the thousands of bikers I have met, all over the country. We were discussing in general the gross similarities between bikers clothing.

Nice try at taking my generalizations and setting up a small sample strawman.

We know 177 were arrested, 9 dead, and some 20 wounded. That’s over 200. Do you have a list of the “lots” released? There were even bikers arrested who were not there.

Are you lolling again. What a silly way to wage a war. So contrived as to smell fishy several states away.

“Do you have a list of the “lots” released?

The Boozefighters were not arrested. “No members of his club were arrested, he said.” Snyder http://www.latimes.com/nation/nationnow/la-na-nn-waco-biker-20150519-story.html

62 were not arrested.
“They released all the Boozefighters, all the military clubs, they released all the religious clubs”

don-o“1,000,000 bonds on each and every one? “

TG: No. Some were released on as little as $10k bonds.

Everyone note well the tactic displayed here. The FACT of the matter is that 177 were placed under a $1,000,000 bond beginning on May 17. Every. Single. One.

Only after hearings before a judge, after days and weeks in jail, were bond amounts adjusted.

The important piece of this is the initial action and the gross abuse of the concept of a security bond. When one scratches the surface just a little, one can learn that the excessive bond (see Amendment Eight) was set by a Justice of the Peace, a former LEO with no legal training. (It has not been established that he has received the remedial legal training that his office requires.)

The apologists for the wreckers of citizen's rights HAVE to try to gloss over things like this. But, their weak sauce is apparent to those who have looked closely at what has happened.

“Only after hearings before a judge, after days and weeks in jail, were bond amounts adjusted.”

Then why did you imply they still had $1,000,000 bonds?

LOL! CTH is a sensational Click-bait site that often ‘massages’ the info to get fools to their site.

I implied no such thing. You, yet again, show the board classic troll tactic. In my post 12.... arrested>bond $1,000,000 in that order. Which is what happened.

You will never stop trolling because that is what trolls do, I will continue to pick my spots to expose you for what you are.

“I implied no such thing.”

Ok. You didn’t imply. You stated they each had $1,000,000 bonds on them when in fact many were released on lower bonds.

“What is this “minor thing”? 177 arrested (115 with no criminal convictions? $1,000,000 bonds on each and every one?”
