No, the lesbian woman was not putting on a show. As far as she was concerned she was alone in the world. She told the person how she had been lured into the lifestyle and now she was old and fat and she had no one. She was actually crying part of the time. We were waiting in a line for the ticket office to open at the Museum of Fine Art in New Orleans. We waited over 30minutes and she talked the entire time.
‘No, the lesbian woman was not putting on a show.’
Oh - okay.
These are the times we wish we knew where to send a person to possibly get some sort of help. The kind of help where the agency knows where to place the person for additional help. Whatever help is needed.
Well, it certainly can’t be ‘fun’ to hear all that; we usually don’t expect to, anyway. Some of life has been ‘hanging out there’ in public for all to see.
Our daughter in Colorado works a few days in her church.
Unfortunately, during the week they have to keep the doors locked - one rings for entrance.
The reason is because there’s a preschool there, and it wouldn’t be good to have an upset, scary-looking person enter their rooms.
The church learned this after an incident a few years back.
No one was harmed, thankfully.
(This story is a bit off the lesbian topic - )
