Regarding Cruz, I'm not critical just of him, and I did support him. And critical overstates my questions. I'm concerned he is giving non answers. I am bothered by his lack of clarity on illegal aliens and on his previously stated and unretracted support of massive H1B increases. To be honest, I have problems with all of the candidates on one point or another. Isn't that the whole point of campaigns is we get to thresh these out and come up with a standard bearer? Too many here and elsewhere want lemming-like obedience and no inconvenient questions about their current favorite. An echo chamber of yes people is poor discourse, especially when rude insults are heaped on critical thinking.
Anyway, thank you for the reply and clarity.
manc is right about selective outrage and those who are now outraged by the Battle Flag will never be appeased. The leftist have been and will continue to divide Americans by race, religion, gender, language, etc., that is what political correctness is about. The outrage about the Flag at this time is the left taking full advantage of a crisis and to them it’s not about a grievance but about dividing the American citizenry and destroying America the ideal. Give up the Flag and nothing will change or get better they will just find a new grievance. Political correctness is nothing more than contrived hurt feelings to be used to deflect and change the subject when they’re losing an argument.
