Ted Cruz didn’t say that. Ryan said it and he was talking about the fact that without TPA, TPP will still be kept in secret. With TPA, we get to review the agreement before a vote.

Who do you see as your ideal candidate and how much financial support are you pouring in to their coffers? Or, are you just a blowhard that thinks the real job is to trash the conservatives and abet the Left and has only words to offer because everything else is just too hard and inconvenient?
