The question asked was why hasn’t he (started just taking firearms away, disarming America)? The answer is not difficult, he likes breathing, waking up each morning. Disarming 40 million or more folks many of whom are going to be pretty PO’d at the attempt may well have a negative impact on things 0bama enjoys, like breathing.
