A gunman toting a shotgun opened fire on a block party along a West Philadelphia street Saturday night, injuring seven people, including a toddler and two other children.
The gunfire rang out around 10 p.m. along the 4100 block of Ogden Street as the gunman turned a corner onto the street and began firing on the picnic, said Philadelphia Police.
"It looks like they just randomly fired down the street and hit anyone in their way," said Philadelphia Police Lt. John Walker

You are ten times more likely to be murdered in Detroit that anywhere else in the country, and Philadelphia is in the top ten murder cities in the country.

Its because they’re coaching and directing them. Look for their private buses parked somewhere nearby for interviews tomorrow morning. Looks like the Soro’s machine and Obama are sending out the specialized staged gun crime units. Why don’t they send those units to do their dirty deeds in predominantly white neighborhoods? (rhetorical question)

I guess that when we try to guess w/o the benefit of a description, it displays our innate White Privileged Tacit/Sub-Consciously Overt Racism.
But...If the race of the perpetrator is not mentioned it's a good bet that the person is black.

The video said that the shooter might have been at the gathering earlier, so he is probably of the same race as those at the gathering.
The more likely reason is there will be few Father's Day celebrations as there are very few fathers still hanging around. It will be just another random holdup day in the 'hood.
This was all started by those danged Confederate flags, right?
That is what Romney is saying, the flag is the cause of all this trouble.
