The incident at Twin Peaks apparently was not captured on video by any innocent bystanders or it already would have surfaced

Has the question been posed to the authorities as to whether any of the law enforcement officials there had any drones recording the activities from above?

This I maintain is the reason they are waiting. They are afraid once they commit to a cover up set of lies a video would come out. They waco pd are scared to death someone has a video of this event that has yet to be released.
